Previous customer service is highly desirable! If you are looking to build your customer service experience, the training programs within certification will help you develop new skills and advance in your career.
These opportunities are very flexible. You provide your working preferences. You will then be provided with a list of available opportunities based on these preferences. You get to choose which certification class time works best for you. Once you are certified, you also get to choose how often you work.

The length of training depends on the client you choose to service. Courses can be as short as two days or as long as five weeks, depending on the complexity of the client opportunity you’re interested in.
Once you have completed certification, you will begin working! Pay is bi-monthly (15th and 30th of each month). Depending on where your initial hours fall in the pay period, will ultimately affect when you will see your first paycheck.
Not at this time. You will be working as an independent contractor. You will utilize a 1099 and not a w-2, and be held responsible for paying taxes on the income you earn.
